The Brut Zero is a non-dosed (non-sweetened) Champagne, traditionally enjoyed inside the Champagne House itself, after it is disgorged à la volée (very quickly by hand). Created in collaboration with Francis Bernard, Cellar Master, Brut Zero is aged for 4 years on the lees and is intended to express the quintessence of a very Brut style, perfect for haute cuisine. It has a shimmering appearance with soft tints of gold. It shows rare refinement, with overtones of white flowers and citrus, on the nose. It is distinguished, complex and characterised by fruity apricot and yellow peach flavours. Given its ageing on the lees, the Champagne’s uplifting freshness is surprising. The crystalline and mineral elegance of this Brut Zero Champagne makes it perfectly suited to contemporary cuisine.
